Bug: some garbage is occupied by 2 or 3 cleaners at the same time when there is other trash to be picked up

Game is a ton of fun, but crashes like nobodys business! If the crashes could be fixed, I would play it more often.

Dont bother unless you like either wasting money or time. No confirmation of you accidentally spend diamonds on a clown for example when scrolling. Decide to accelerate room building and it dos the even tell you it costs diamonds.

Its a fun game dont get me wrong. I waiting to get to level 10 to get more land but you pretty much have to buy diamonds in order to unlock the next plot which is stupid so Im just going to uninstall it. Fun while it lasted.

I thought the idea of a hospital game was very interesting. We have a lot of farming related games but this was the first time Ive seen hospital themed! It looks interesting even more we all the funny little character! Darth Vader and and Jason to name a couple. I read the reviews and was pretty excited to try it! What a disappointment! I dont quite understand what other reviewers mean by fun! It isnt fun! You just sit and wait and wait watching the screen because theres almost nothing you can do! Quests are most often about "shopping". Buy flowers. Buy heaters. Buy a certain room. When it comes to patient care, theres nothing you can actively do besides watch them go from room to room. It takes forever to gain experience and level up and a lot of the things available depend on the level you are so, for example, you have to watch people pooping on the floor for 4 levels until you are able to buy a bathroom. Seriously! They poop on the floor. And theres nothing you can do about for 4 long levels (remember. It takes forever to gain experience to level up) I filled the whole hospital water fountains but the patients dont seem to find it. Rooms are quite large for the space provided so you run out of it pretty quickly and have to wait forever to level up and expand. But its harder to level up because you dont have enough resources to do so quicker. (Remember, you have no room for those resources) When the game isnt opened things deteriorate. Heaters break and flowers die. But patients dont get cured. So if your quest is to cure a certain amount of patients all you have to do is stare at the screen and watch them go from room to room and hope they will get cute. They dont always do, though. Patients sometimes leave the hospital unhappy and there isnt much you can do about it besides wait for experience points to add them to your staff. Takes a whole day to wait for the points. 2 seconds to add them to your staff and then you are back staring at the screen and hoping patients can get cured. Where exactly is the fun in a game that you spend more time NO playing than otherwise? Although the idea is different (refreshing to have some different game themes for once) the game itself isnt fun. Because theres NO playing. Just watching. And from time to time clicking buy, and fighting with the bought item to put in the exact place you want. If you have room. I am deleting it. Such a waste of time!

I like this game overall but it does not generate money or xp unless you are in the game. If you close the app all the patients reset to 1 and even if you leave the app open and switch to another it just pauses your progress. I hope that an update is coming to allow the game to run in the background like sim city and such.

Quite the fun game. Brings back shades of the classic Theme Hospital which was a beast in its own time. Gameplay is quick to pick up on and cash flow comes at a good pace where you do not need to spend real $ on the game to progress and enjoy it. Only down sides I have seen so far are an occasional glitch when pulling up the staff menu and a dislike that you need to wait for the entire emergency countdown to expire if you do not have a perfect cure rate. Even after all patients leave cured or uncured, you have to wait out the timer before getting the rewards. Also do not like that if the game is not open it does not progress. Time stops when the app is closed so there is no profit or patients coming in while the app is closed.

Really having fun with this game. Only problem, not in real time.

Pretty fun actually!

This game is extremely fun. Its new and can go places. Has a few places it needs to improve: allow to shut down and turn on certain rooms freely, option to allow certain staff to go wherever they want while locking others to a room (not all or none), a review system, make plants and heaters work on radiance system not whole game, allow more control over cleaning staff (have them work certain zones, or tiles).

Very fun game to play

Its a cute game, and from someone who works in a hospital; its eerily accurate. But it is super buggy. Staff get stuck walking to restroom, patients dont use all the rooms and will stand in a 5 person queue when theres an open GP or X-Ray right next to them.

I was having fun but I just spent$24k on a new doctor then before placing him down a dialogue box came up and hes gone, Im done... Game breaker right get there, also the fact that you have to be actively playing to play (no background gameplay)

I like this game. Its fun and entertaining.

Unlike many other build it & management games this one afford you many hours of continuous enjoyment. You are able to expand (without ridiculously stupid days) and still continue to run your hospital. Space management is a premium. (I do wish we had more room per building to better efficient locations and hallways, this doesnt do my OCD well) but overall an excellent fun game. I can literally sit and play for hours on end managing staff and operations.

I actually like it its not take long for task to get done so its great
